What do I get with the free-trial system?
With the free trial, you get an empty system with some initial settings, which we thought would help you to get started faster. Depending on which package you chose, different features will be included in the trial.
I don't understand how to setup and work with the system. Who can help me?
The free-trial system comes with an empty database. If you cannot figure out how to set it up and how to work with the software, there are a few things you can do. You can call us for a demo. You can get the "Onboarding and Initial Imports" service. Our expert will come to your office and within a couple of days will set up the system with you, import together with you your data if necessary, and get you introduced to how the software works. You should also keep track on our site and check the weekly training that we organize which will deal with different aspects of our software.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After the trial period, you have the opportunity to start paying for the service. You will receive an automatically generated proforma invoice. We will keep your information for additional 30 days. If we don't receive payment within these 30 days, we will delete your free-trial account along with all the information in it.
